How It Works

Re-Design

Contact Us to Schedule Your Re-Design

We know that when Clients contact you for a Re-Design Project, they want to enjoy their new furniture and décor as soon as possible. That's why we're standing by to start your quote process.

WHAT WE NEED:  the project address, project date, and a list of Item Numbers and their Vendors. This will allow us to provide a detailed quote containing Item Prices, Lead Time, and appropriate Delivery Service Fees.

​

We understand finding one store that has all the pieces you need for a project is easier said than done. That's why we're proud to be Authorized Retailers for the following companies:

To provide an itemized quote, estimated availability, and approximate lead time, we simply need the item number and the vendor. Also, please keep in mind we're happy to order Home Accents as well: rugs, artwork, mirrors, sconces, lighting, and more. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

There is approximately at least 1 - 2 week lead time on orders

Outside Vendors: We know that even with all the vendors we offer, sometimes that perfect piece is from somewhere else. That's okay - we're happy to receive your pieces from outside vendors as part of our White Glove Delivery Service, and if possible, we'll do our best to see if we can become a retailer for them in the future.

Delivery

Some projects require a little more attention than others - that's why we're offering two different levels of delivery service, depending on what your project calls for.

WHEN ORDERING FROM OUR AFFILIATE VENDORS:

​

White Glove Delivery:  We will receive your ordered items prior to the Project Date and confirm their receipt, along with checking for any damage or missing parts. We will then repackage for delivery. The morning of your appointment, your Furniture Escorts, LLC Representative will contact you to confirm your Re-Design time, along with any Special Instructions needed for delivery. The Delivery Team will deliver the items, unpackage, assemble, place, and remove all packaging trash.

WHEN ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE VENDORS:

​

Standard Delivery: We will receive your ordered items prior to the Project Date and confirm their receipt. The morning of your appointment, your Furniture Escorts, LLC Representative will contact you to confirm your Re-Design time, along with any Special Instructions needed for delivery. The Delivery Team will deliver the items in original packaging, to be left for the Homeowner / Design Team in the garage or other area accessible by dolly. This does not include unpacking, assembly, placement, or trash removal.

UPGRADE to White Glove Delivery:  We will receive your ordered items prior to the Project Date and confirm their receipt, along with checking for any damage or missing parts. We will then repackage for delivery. The morning of your appointment, your Furniture Escorts, LLC Representative will contact you to confirm your Re-Design time, along with any Special Instructions needed for delivery. The Delivery Team will deliver the items, unpackage, assemble, place, and remove all packaging trash.
