Transferring Stages

Stage Contracts are transferable from one Stage Site to another within agreed-upon lease term.

Fees may apply if Stage is transferred to another Stage outside of delivery area.

Furniture removed from initial Stage will not be prorated or refunded.

Furniture added to Stage will be prorated from time of addition to due date of transferred Stage Contract.​​

Client may choose to pay hourly moving rate instead of additional month.
Moving Services

Furniture Escorts, LLC does not offer private moving services; moving services are in regard to Stage Transfers only.​

Hourly Moving rate $125 for 1st hour, and $30 for each additional 30 minutes. Time starts when Furniture Escorts, LLC representatives arrive at pickup location. Client may hire a 3rd party, or move merchandise themselves, taking full responsibility for any damages. ​

Transportation of non-Furniture Escorts, LLC merchandise will be left to the discretion of the Furniture Escorts, LLC representative onsite, and will be billed at $15 per 15 minutes, including Load Time, Drive Time, and Unload Time. Minimum $60 Transportation Fee. Truck does not use Toll Roads.​

Onsite Furniture Escorts, LLC representative will use their best judgment to determine if non-Furniture Escorts, LLC merchandise is transportable. Furniture Escorts, LLC, and representatives, will not be responsible for damages to non-Furniture Escorts, LLC merchandise during transfer, as we may not carry the proper tools or supplies for safe transportation.
Additional Labor

Non-delivery-related labor requests are left to the discretion of the Furniture Escorts, LLC representative onsite. All non-delivery related labor requests are billed at $15 per 15 minutes, minimum of $30 Labor Fee.
We know houses sometimes sell faster than expected. So our Stage Contracts are transferable from one Stage Site to another within the agreed-upon lease term.
